- “Fortune Draw” awards pick-up methods and date: (will not be able to receive the rewards after the date) Our company will draw the award winners via live streaming on the Showba Facebook fan page on 2021/3/23 and will announce the list of winners on the Showba official website, Facebook fan page, and store bulletin boards before 2021/3/26, Our company will contact the winners via telephone within 3 days after the announcement of the list of winners. The winners must complete the related award pick-up matters and procedures by going to any one of the Showba stores or by calling the customer service hotline at0800-002-198 before 2021/4/9.
※ Qualifications for award pick-up: the winner must have the original “Fortune Draw” ticket to pick-up the award. The “Fortune Draw” ticket issued in this event will become disqualified for the award if any of the following conditions occur: altered, modified, lost, photocopied, damaged serial number, unidentifiable or others. Our company has the right to declare such “Fortune Draw” ticket as invalid. No re-issuance will be allowed and no objections from the holder will be accepted.
- Each “Fortune Pack” comes along with one “Fortune Draw” ticket, please open to check the pack before leaving the store. Only leave the store reception counter when you have checked. Please inform the store right away in case of any problems, as our company will not accept any “Fortune Draw” ticket shortage discovered only after leaving the reception counter.
- Each cross-industry discount voucher can be used for one time only, cannot be used together with other in-store promotions and cannot be exchanged for cash. Please refer to the Showba event website and the official websites for the cross-industry collaboration brands for the promotional period and notices.
- This event is under the Income from Contests and Games and from Prizes and Awards Won by Chance and the rules according to Income Tax of the R.O.C. are:
(1) Those with an accumulated award value of over NT$1,001 per year should be included in the winner’s annual individual income. The winner should provide a copy of both sides of his/her ID card for the organizer to conduct the various income declaration operations for the tax bureau. The organizer is exempted from filling out the Withholding and Non-withholding Tax Statement for the winner according to rule No, 94-1 of the Tax Law. The winner must apply for it if it is needed.
2) For those with an award value of over NT$20,001, a 10% tax must be paid according to law. If the winner is not a registered citizen in Taiwan (a native who has not been living in Taiwan for at least 183 days or is a foreigner), then 20% of the award value must be paid for the tax on Awards Won by Chance no matter what the prize value is. If the winner does not agree with the above-mentioned event criteria including the ID document or the taxes to be paid, then the winner will be treated as having given up on the award without disagreement. The winner must complete the declaration before the end of May next year. Please refer to the related rules of the tax laws for other unmentioned matters.
※ The winner must bring the copy on both sides of the ID card/resident permit to pick-up the award from the store (photocopying service is available at the stores).
- The winner must be at least 20 years old. Those under the age of 20 must have the signature from a legal representative and provide a copy of the legal representative’s ID card, or be accompanied by the legal representative to pick-up the award.
- All products are randomly selected for the “Fortune Pack” issued in this event. To maintain food hygiene and safety, our company only accepts returns related to the food being “expired, gone bad,
damaged outer packaging.” No returns and refunds will be accepted if the package is unsealed or if the food had gone bad due to inappropriate storage by the consumer. No returns and refunds will be accepted due to individual preferences on the content of the Fortune Pack. To protect your rights, please open to check the content inside the Fortune Pack and respond to the store personnel right away in case of any defects, as our company has the right not to accept returns and refunds after you have left the reception counter. Please confirm and agree with the related purchase rules before buying the Fortune Pack.
- The winner will be responsible for other fees as a result due to the law or individual needs for the award. If the winner is unwilling to pay the fees or did not pay the fees within the period specified by our company, the winner will be treated as having given up on uncements for any alterations. - The various awards in this event are restricted to the awards only. Please refer to the actual products delivered by the companies for the specs, accessories and color of the awards. Any fees resulting from license plate application, insurance, related taxes and ownership transfers according to government rules or fees arising from the winner’s demand for additional accessories or other personal needs will be paid by the winner.
- Please refer to the actual products for the award items. No cashback redemption, exchange for other products or purchase of other products with an additional amount of money will be accepted. The winners must check the products at the store, as no returns will be accepted on defects of external looks after you have left the store.
- Our company is not responsible for the follow-up quality assurance and maintenance service of the event awards. Please contact the service hotline of the product’s company for maintenance or warranty services in the future.
- Our company reserves the right to modify the event measures; please refer to the store announcements for any alterations. For unaccountable reasons including natural disasters, our company reserves the right to modify or terminate the event without further notification.
